The band fee that families pay at the beginning of the year covers all required resources and activities for the entire school year. This includes materials such as folders, tuners, guest clinicians, and entrance fees for All-District Band auditions. This DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SPRING TRIP FEE, which is a seperate, optional activity.ย
Students who use school-owned instruments will pay a higher fee to cover the cost of maintenance, repair, and replacement. Students in Percussion Ensemble will also pay a higher fee to cover usage of school-owned equipment. STUDENTS WHO REQUIRE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WILL PAY A FLAT FEE OF $20 AND MUST FILL OUT PACKET 3.
All payments for Band items and activities may be made by cash or check as described below.
If paying by check, please make the check payable to โStone Middle Schoolโย and write the name of the student in the memo line of the check.
If paying by cash, please put the money in an envelope and write the name of the student along with the name of the fee being paid (e.g., Tom Smith - Spring Trip Fee).ย

Online payment for the band fee is available through the MySchoolBucks School Store. This online payment service provides a quick and easy way to pay for school-related purchases. You will be able to pay for a variety of school fees using credit/debit cards or electronic checks.ย
Students may participate in optional events throughout the school year. The following optional events require fees for participation based on the estimated costs of the activities and will be communicated home as they occur throughout the year.ย
