All of the Stone Bands have several opportunities to perform throughout the year.  Beginning Band, Concert Band I, and Percussion Class participation in Concerts is MANDATORY.  Symphonic and Concert Band II participation in Concerts and District Band Festival auditions is MANDATORY.  Check the band calendar for your respective performances.

The school will provide a BOW TIE and CUMMERBUND to complete the uniform.

* We have been given a special rate and great service from: Suh’s Tailor & Tuxedo located (next to the Wachovia Bank) in the Centrewood Plaza.  The shirts are a permanent press poly/cotton blend with wing-tip collar, ¼” knife pleat front, black studs included.  Don’t lose the studs!  Symphonic Band and Concert Band II students should go to the shop to get measured on their own (Do so at least two weeks before the first performance to ensure availability).  Please ask for Mr. Chris Suh, and tell him that you are from the Stone Middle School Band.

NO student will perform with the band unless he/she is in the FULL CONCERT DRESS UNIFORM.
